Sukhjinder Group of Institutes (SGI) and techcadd represent two distinct educational pathways in Punjab. SGI is a college group at VPO Hayat Nagar, Hardochhani Road, Gurdaspur, AICTE-approved and affiliated to IKGPTU, with B.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, polytechnic diplomas and D.Pharm. techcadd is a Jalandhar-headquartered institute that trains students in IT, design and engineering software.

A twelve-week plan for a training period

  • Weeks one to three: the core tool or language, with small exercises.
  • Weeks four to six: a guided mini-project.
  • Weeks seven to nine: the main project, reviewed weekly with the mentor.
  • Weeks ten to twelve: finish, write the report and rehearse the viva.
